What is PPL training?
With a PPL(A), you may fly single-engine aircraft independently, with passengers, throughout Europe. The training consists of two parts:
- Theory — 9 subjects (including aviation law, meteorology, and navigation), ending with exams at the CBR. With us, you take classroom theory lessons at Teuge.
- Practical — at least 45 flight hours, part of which is solo. You finish with a practical exam (skill test) with an examiner.
Most students earn their PPL in 1 to 2 years, depending on how often you fly. At E-Flight, you choose your fixed lesson day and schedule your lessons online — so you stay on pace and keep an overview.

Still unsure, or do you want to first feel what it’s like to fly a plane yourself? Then book a trial lesson at Teuge. You’ll fly 35 to 40 minutes above the Veluwe and control the aircraft yourself, under the guidance of an experienced instructor. A trial lesson also counts as your first lesson in your PPL training.
PPL in the weekend or alongside your job
Do you work during the week? You can also earn your PPL in the weekend with us. With a fixed weekend lesson day and online theory support, you can combine the training perfectly with a full-time job.
