Do you have your pilot’s license in hand and a hunger for more? Then we have something special for you: Advanced E-Pilot Training. Designed for passionate e-pilots like you, who are always looking for ways to improve their flying skills and take on new challenges.
What is it?
This comprehensive training consists of five intensive flight lessons on the Pipistrel Velis Electro, in which you are trained in three key areas by a highly experienced instructor. At the end of the training, you will receive a certificate with a score for each area.
What’s included in the package?
The package consists of three parts:
3 lessons Stickless Flying
Refine your flying skills by learning to fly without using your control stick. It sounds challenging, and it is, but you’ll be amazed at what you can achieve with only your trim, power, and rudder.
1 lesson Crosswind Landings
Master the art of landing in a good dose of crosswind and fine-tune every approach to smooth-as-butter landings. After this lesson, you’ll be able to handle any Beaufort!
1 lesson Right Seat Training
Throughout your entire PPL training, you sat in the left seat. But what if you’re sitting on the right one day and you hear 'Your Controlls'?! After this lesson, you’ll fly like a pro from the right side too. Yeah, right!
What does the training look like?
After each lesson, you evaluate your skills with the instructor and take valuable insights with you to the next lesson. All flight hours count toward your logbook, meaning you are investing in both your skills and your aviation career.
Who can sign up?
For this training, you must hold a valid PPL licence and have flown the Velis recently. This package is intended for the serious e-pilot who is ready for the next step.
Arrange date and time
You can choose your dates and times directly when placing your order. You can also do that later. We will then send you the information and all possible dates on which you can schedule the lessons. Of course, it may happen that the weather is not on our side and we have to reschedule the lesson(s). We always let you know as soon as possible.
Take lessons at the weekend
That’s possible, we’re open every day. Please note that the airport charges higher landing fees for all flights from early April through the end of September. That’s why this package is more expensive during this period if you want lessons at the weekend.
