Charger collision with PH-VEX — mind the ground equipment
Velis charger collided with PH-VEX skid-plate during ground movement. Charger inoperative; inspect surroundings carefully. -
Towbar still attached during taxi (PH-BRI)
Aircraft taxied with towbar still on the nosewheel. PH-BRI is the only E-Flight aircraft using a towbar — always disconnect immediately after towing. -
Aircraft ground handling — preventing collisions on platform and hangar
Use a wing walker, move slowly, switch to hand-pushing near obstacles. Take your time. No schedule justifies aircraft damage. -
Hangar rules — always move aircraft with at least two people
Solo aircraft movement in the hangar is no longer allowed. Open doors fully, work in pairs.
