Have you always wanted to learn to fly? Go for it! At E-Flight Academy, you fly in an ultra-modern aircraft. We conduct our trial lessons in a 100% electric aircraft. You fly much more quietly, cleanly, and easily than in a conventional aircraft. Together with an experienced instructor, you will fly the aircraft yourself. You will be amazed at how well it goes, and you will definitely gain an unforgettable experience.

The Netherlands from the air is beautiful. From the airport there is a wide choice of views. How about the beautiful Deventer, Paleis 't Loo, the Julianatoren, Berg en Bos, the Apenheul, the windings of the IJssel, the Veluwezoom, various castles, the Veluwe National Park and the Veluwemeer or the Grebbeberg? You also get guidance on navigating toward these gems in this lesson.
A real lesson
The trial lesson at E-Flight is truly a full lesson. After arriving at Airport Teuge, you will receive a briefing and an explanation about the aircraft. You will learn about the technology, the flight characteristics, and the controls. We then taxi to the runway and take off to stay in the air for about 40 minutes. You will learn to climb, descend, and make turns. After landing, we drive back to the hangar and you will receive a debriefing. In total, the lesson lasts 1.5 to 2 hours. After the lesson
Did you think it was fantastic and are you craving more? Then you may want to consider a Private Pilot License (PPL) training with us. We begin with an assessment of around six lessons. You'll already have completed the first one with this trial lesson!
Good to know
- If you weigh more than 95 kilo (with clothes and shoes on), or are taller than 1.95 m, please give us a call. With a maximum takeoff weight of 600 kilogram, there are restrictions.
- This trial lesson includes fuel electricity, one landing, and surcharges.
- Standard includes one landing with a trial lesson. If you are an experienced pilot, you may want to land more often or try a touch-and-go. That is no problem, but we will then charge the extra landing fees through.

When placing your order (at the top of this page), you can choose a date and time right away. You can also do this later. Of course, the weather may turn against us and we may need to reschedule the trial lesson. We will always let you know as soon as possible.
Taking lessons on the weekend
Yes, we are open every day. Do keep in mind that the airport charges higher landing fees for all flights from early April to the end of September. That is why this is more expensive during this period if you want lessons on the weekend.
