What do we ask of you?

  • FI(A)
  • Minimum 32 hours per week available as an employee (no freelancers)
  • Good social skills
  • Good at functioning in a team
  • Energetic, flexible and collegial
  • LPE Level 4 (Level 6 is a plus)
  • IRI or IR instructor privileges are a plus
  • Beginner? The more demonstrable experience, the better


Wanted: Full-time flight instructor FI(A) for PPL, CPL and ATPL training

For our growth, new training courses and great customers we are looking for full-time (minimum 32hr/week Flight Instructors) to strengthen our team. Instruction is provided to students in all categories, from PPL to ATPL trainees.

We are still a startup and are working hard to scale. We aim to expand to countries like Portugal and Spain, but also Aruba and Bonaire. We don't want to limit ourselves to sustainable and conventional fixed-wing aircraft, but also add the future of sustainable aviation such as EVTOL and ECTOL. Our motto is: you must never be bored.
