You rent a plane from us, and you decide to fly to another airport. There, you will enjoy the local cuisine, recharge a bit, and so on. If you then fly back after an hour, that's perfectly fine. We will only charge the rental price of the plane. However, if it takes longer, think of several hours or even days, we cannot use the plane for lessons or rent it out to other people. In this case, we will charge a fee for the time that we cannot use the plane ourselves.
How does it work?
- Call us to present your flight plan. Then we can see what the availability is 055 203 2230.
- The rent you pay for flying depends on the aircraft, and you can find this on our site.
- There is an hour on the ground included between the outbound and return flight.
- If you stay on the ground for more than 1 hour, we charge 50 euros per hour for that. We round the time up.
- We only charge for the time during opening hours (Mon-Sat from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Sun 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Examples
- You rent our Velis and fly to Stadtlohn, you load the plane, drink a cup of coffee and fly back within the hour. You only pay for the rental of the plane.
- You are going to Texel on Monday morning with the Virus. You will have an extensive lunch. 2 hours and 30 minutes after landing in Texel, you will fly back. You will arrive in the late afternoon at Teuge. In addition to the rental of the aircraft, you will pay for 2 hours of compensation (the first hour is included, the other hour and a half we round up).
- You depart Saturday afternoon at 15:00 to Northern France. You land there a few hours later. Sunday late morning you arrive back at Teuge at 12:00 after a flight of 3 hours. You do not pay any fee for the absence of the aircraft because these hours were all outside the opening hours of E-Flight Academy.
