The Pipistrel Virus 121SW is a fun, fast two-seater that we use in training for long navigation flights. The Virus is the most economical high-speed cruiser and certainly the fastest high-wing aircraft in its category. The aircraft is made of ultra-modern composite materials, lightweight, robust, and has an unprecedented useful load of more than 300 kg (660 lbs).
How does it work?
The rental of the Pipistrel Virus 121 is 216,- per hour. One hour is 60 minutes and those are the minutes indicated by the Hobbs meter. If the flight duration deviates significantly, we will charge (or adjust) afterwards at 3.60 per minute.

On which days and times can I rent your planes?
This depends on our schedule. In principle, booking earlier means more flexibility. Flights can take place within the opening hours of the airport (Teuge) and as long as E-Flight staff are present in the building for supervision.
You can see the available dates and times when you select "Choose date and time" on this page. You will always see slots here of éand An hour with a half-hour buffer before and after the slot. If you want to fly for multiple hours, just book the connecting slots or call 055 203 2230 and we will take a look together.
If there is nothing to your liking, you can coordinate with us by phone to find out what works best for you.
If you want to be away longer with our device, for example half a day or longer, this is only possible when we do not need the aircraft ourselves. If you want to be away for several days, we will also charge a daily rental fee. Please contact us for this.
Terms and Conditions
To travel with our airplanes, you must meet a number of conditions.
- You hold a valid Single Engine Piston rating and have successfully completed a check-out flight with one of our instructors before you rent for the first time.
- You are in possession of a valid Medical Certificate
- You have taken at least 1 flight with our Virus in the past 60 days
- We ask you to read and sign our rental agreement and safety declaration carefully. We will send these directly upon booking.
- You obviously have a valid license and a valid medical certificate
