These are also the first six lessons of the PPL training. So they simply count towards the minimum 45 hours. After these lessons, you will have answers to the following questions:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003col\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eIs flying really your dream? Is it worth the investment?\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eDo you have the aptitude to become a pilot?\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ol\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn other words: do you really want this? And how realistic is it that you can do and pass your practical exam within the minimum requirement of 45 hours of flying? You also need to take into account that this may take more. That is absolutely not unusual. On average, people need 6 to 10 extra lessons.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eAfter the lessons\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAfter the six lessons, you evaluate the training with the instructor. It may be that you really love it and are talented too.  It may also be that you, or the instructor, conclude that becoming a pilot may not be right for you. You discuss the next stage of the training. Of course, the hours you have flown count towards obtaining your licence.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eWhat you do and don’t need\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou do not need to have had an aviation medical or passed the theory exam yet for this assessment.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn addition, the following conditions apply\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul class=\"ul1\"\u003e\n\u003cli class=\"li1\"\u003e\nYou are 16 years old or older. \n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli class=\"li1\"\u003e\nIf you weigh more than 95 kilos (with clothes and shoes on), or are taller than 1.95 m, please call us. You can also do this later. We will then send you the information and all possible dates on which you can schedule the lessons. Of course, it may happen that the weather is bad and we have to reschedule a lesson. Please note that the airport charges higher landing fees for all flights from early April to the end of September.
